Innovents ME FZCO operates the Global Investors Forum (GIF) website, including information about the Global Longevity Investors Forum (GLIF), A Global Investors Forum Platform. This notice explains how information submitted through this website is handled.

Information you provide

When you contact us or register your interest, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, company, job title, telephone number and message. The Contact form also records your selected participation interest or package, if you choose one. Required fields are marked on the form.

We record the page from which the enquiry was sent, a submission reference and the time received. The page record excludes URL query parameters. Please include only information needed for your enquiry and avoid sending medical records, payment details or other sensitive documents through this form.

How we use your information

We use enquiry details to respond to you, discuss participation and partnership options, and manage your request. A submission records interest; it does not purchase a ticket. We also process submission and delivery records to prevent duplicate requests, detect abuse and resolve delivery problems.

Storage and service providers

Enquiries are stored in a private database hosted by Cloudflare. The organising team may receive enquiry details through its configured email and recordkeeping services, including Resend and Google Sheets. These services are used to process and follow up on requests.

Our hosting and security providers process technical connection information when you visit the site. Where enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions for automated abuse. Its verification token is used for that check and is not stored as part of your enquiry.

Service providers may process information outside the country where you live. Opening an external website or embedded video also connects you to that provider, whose own privacy terms apply. See our Cookie Policy for more about browser technologies and third-party content.

Keeping and managing information

Enquiries are retained so the organising team can manage requests and their delivery history. This website does not currently apply an automatic deletion schedule. Contact us if you want to ask about information held about you or request its correction or deletion. Any request will be considered in light of applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements.

Your choices and contact

You can choose not to submit a form. You can also contact us to request access to your information, correct an error, request deletion, or ask us to stop using your details for further contact.
